Yes — our prenatal yoga program is specifically designed for each trimester with modified poses and breathing techniques. All sessions are supervised by certified prenatal instructors. We recommend starting after the first trimester with your doctor's approval.
Not at all. Our programs welcome complete beginners. Our instructors assess your fitness level and personalise the practice accordingly. Many of our members started with zero experience and are now thriving.
Wear comfortable, breathable activewear. We provide yoga mats, towels, and filtered water. You may bring your own mat if you prefer. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in.
Absolutely. Our PCOS and Hormonal Balance programs are therapeutic in nature and designed in consultation with medical professionals. We recommend a brief consultation before your first session so we can tailor the practice to your needs.
Yes! Our evening batches (5 PM – 8 PM) are designed for working women. We also offer 45-minute express sessions and weekend workshops. Our Quarterly and Annual plans offer the most flexibility for busy schedules.
